*Chilled Ventilation System. This experimental system is unique to us and involves creating and accumulating iced water (and real-time air conditioning in the wheelhouse) during normal cruising with a compressor running off the main engine. The chilled water can be circulated to cabins in the late evening to provide a comfortable temperature for sleeping, the only noise being that which comes from the ventilation fans. |
